Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLANGO STUDIOS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy

Plango Studios maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. Once payment is made for any of our services, it is final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Website build fees
  • Design services
  • Content creation
  • Revision requests
  • Any other services offered by Plango Studios

2. Why We Have This Policy

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • We invest significant time and resources immediately upon receiving your payment
  • Custom website designs are created specifically for your business and cannot be resold
  • Our AI-powered generation process begins processing your unique requirements right away
  • We provide a comprehensive concept review BEFORE payment, allowing you to evaluate our work
  • Our team allocates dedicated time and expertise to each project

3. What This Means For You

Before making a payment, you should:

  • Carefully review your generated website concept
  • Request any changes during the revision phase BEFORE payment
  • Ensure you are satisfied with the proposed design direction
  • Confirm that your business information is accurate
  • Read and understand our Terms of Service in full

Once you approve your concept and make payment, there is no going back. We encourage you to take full advantage of the review process before committing.

4. Circumstances That Do Not Qualify for Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Dissatisfaction with the final product
  • Business closure or change in business plans
  • Failure to provide required content or information
  • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness
  • Third-party issues (hosting, domain, etc.)
  • Technical difficulties on the client's end
  • Misunderstanding of services or features
  • Competitive offers from other providers
  • Any other reason not explicitly covered

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We will contest all chargebacks and payment disputes.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • We will provide evidence that services were rendered as agreed
  • We will submit documentation of your acceptance of this no-refund policy
  • We will include records of your project approval and communication history
  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in collections actions, reporting to credit bureaus, and/or legal proceedings to recover the disputed amount plus associated costs.

6. Service Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering quality work. Our guarantee includes:

  • Delivery of a functional website matching the approved concept
  • One round of revisions before payment (during concept phase)
  • Minor text/color adjustments during production (at our discretion)
  • Technical support for issues caused by our work
  • Delivery within the stated timeframe (4-7 business days)

If we fail to deliver a functional website that substantially matches the approved concept, we will work to correct the issue at no additional cost. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Cancellation

Pre-Payment Cancellation: You may cancel your project at any time before making payment without any obligation.

Post-Payment Cancellation: Once payment is made, the project cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, even if you no longer wish to proceed. We will continue to deliver the work as agreed.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your project:

  • Contact us at plango@plangostudios.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Clearly describe your concern and provide specific details
  • We will review your concern and respond within 3 business days
  • We will work in good faith to address legitimate quality issues

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to binding arbitration in Hampton, Georgia, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

9. Acknowledgment

By making a payment to Plango Studios, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety
  • You accept that all sales are final and non-refundable
  • You waive any right to request a refund for any reason
  • You understand the consequences of initiating a chargeback
  • You have had the opportunity to review your concept before payment
  • You are making this purchase voluntarily and with full knowledge of this policy

11. Policy Changes
